We are asking that everyone get back to their rooms by 10:00pm at the latest. Most days are planned and there are times where we have breaks but doing the training and then shows with a time change, we want to make sure everyone gets rest! Yes... REST! If a parent chooses to take their child out after this time, I can not stop that but we do recommend rest!
All parents who are on the trip are considered group leaders. All group leaders will have times where they can go and do things they wish to do. We do ask that we know in advance so we can make sure everyone is accounted for and we can cover everyone when you enjoy the town!
Each group leader will have to have SportsYou. If we are not going as a group, the group leader will notify us of:
Where they are going and when they are leaving
Who they are taking
When they arrive and If everyone is accounted for.
When they are leaving and if everyone is accounted for.
When they have arrived back at the hotel and if everyone is accounted for.
Every child going will need to have a method of communication. Phone or iPad. A phone number must be submitted to be used while on the trip. We need to be able to reach everyone while on the trip.
This trip is designed for the team to learn different aspects of the circus industry as well as bond as a team. This is a trial run to see if something like this could become a yearly event where we explore different parts of the globe and learn how different companies and individuals look at circus.
